I am sorry that your meeting today did not work out.  Is it possible for us to speak by phone?  I know that you would have to borrow one but I really do not like communicating about these things through email. Also could you please not cc people on our communications moving forward?

 I think that we should continue to meet until you are able to meet with Dr. Atim and get settled in at the clinic. I would be free tonight to speak after 7:00pm or we can try to find some time tomorrow.
